£32,000 - £35,000 p/a
The Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join the growing team of a boutique consultancy based in London but with a global presence. They are specialists in HR, L&D, Financial and Procurement consulting and need someone to play a key role in the L&D department where you’ll work closely with Learning Specialists, gain exposure to working with clients and build a reputation as someone who gets things done properly.
In this role you will sit right at the centre of the L&D function, support the Specialist and keep delivery tight. This will include:
- Coordinating logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
- Feeding updates, data and insights into the L&D Specialists
- Downloading and collating reports from survey tools
- Taking clear, useful minutes in meetings (and following up actions)
- Managing inboxes, calendars, joining instructions & comms
- Keeping stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions

The Successful L&D Coordinator will have…
- Previous experience in a similar role in Learning and Development
- Proactive approach and highly organised – someone who can spot gaps and fill them!
- Experience working on projects and understand structure, timelines, stakeholder management and accountability
- Tech-savy and a confident communicator
