€35,000 - €40,000 p/a

The Background

We are partnered with an innovative iGaming client based in Malta. They offer a package that includes private medical insurance, company socials and teambuilding activities and additional flexible benefits.

Following growth in the business last year they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join them and support the HR Manager with a range of day to day HR activities. This includes Recruitment administration duties such as uploading jobs onto their system, scheduling interviews and helping onboard new starters. You will also be involved in payroll administration duties including working with the 3rd party payroll supplier to ensure monthly payroll is processed quickly and accurately. As part of the role you will also be involved in duties such as acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, assisting in sharing HR policies and support HR-led initiatives such as staff events and recognition.

In order to be a successful HR Generalist you will have…

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law
  • Highly organsied with a proactive approach to work and excellent listening and communication skills
  • Previous experience using HR systems such as Recruitment portals and Payroll tools.
