Our client, a Marketing agency is looking to add a passionate, motivated, and highly collaborative Human Resources Generalist to their team.

The role will assist in change management projects and managing HR related internal and external communication. The Human Resources Generalist shares responsibility for the goals and targets delivery with the Head of People. The Human Resources Generalist is an active member of the team ensuring actively supporting discussions and best practice transfers from different areas in the organization.

Responsibilities  

• Acts as a point of the contact for employees in the assigned business units supporting daily HR issues such as vacations, training expenses and time and attendance related tasks.
• Contributes with the performance management process.
• Builds a strong business relationship with internal clients and external parties such as Free Zone’s authorities
• Participates in recruiting and onboarding of talents
• Acts as a performance improvement driver and focuses on brokering positive change in people management practices.
• Acts as a key member of the HR Team supporting internal initiatives such as celebrations, team-buildings, recognitions, town halls, etc.
• Is accountable for the report of HR metrics and collaborates with HRIS maintenance.

 Qualifications  

• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR advisory roles Management
• Time and priority management skills.
• Team Player
• Strong Communication and presentation
• Proficient knowledge in the application of key labor legislation
• Undergraduate degree in HR management or Industrial relations
• Project Management experience is an asset.
• Experience in HR Information Systems is a plus
