London – Hybrid

£80,000 - £90,000 p/a
The Background
This IT consultancy has built a strong reputation for helping clients transform processes and redesign the way their businesses actually work. They’re based in London with a global reach and client base.
Following a recent promotion the Business Process Transformation (BPT) team needs someone to help shape a growing department that’s being built properly – with intent, backing and ambition. You’ll be creating how transformation is done by influencing strategy and methodologies, own end-to-end transformation programmes, lead a small but high-calibre team and partner with clients to solve meaningful business problems
As BPT Manager you will lead process improvement and transformation initiatives for clients from idea to implementation. This will include partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise what really matters then running deep process assessments that are backed by data and clear KPI’s before presenting recommendations and implementing new process, tools and technology to implement a smarter way of working. You will set the standards for your team and support through coaching and mentoring whilst supporting the departments wider leadership team on more complex requirements.

To be a successful Business Process Transformation Manager you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Transformation / Process Improvement / Change role
- Client facing experience and experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of process improvement and change management methodologies including qualifications such as Change Management Practitioner and Lean / Six Sigma certification
- A proven track record in leading, developing and motivating a successful team
- Project delivery experience including large IT change and Mergers & Acquisitions would be highly advantageous
