We are partnered with an established British Private Equity firm who are looking for highly professional and ambitious Sales Associate to join their team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone highly motivated with professional sales experience or has potentially recently graduated and is looking for an opportunity where they can reap the rewards of their hard work and develop in their career. The client offers a package that includes visa sponsorship and private medical insurance. Please note that the client is holding a recruitment day in London which will be part of the interview process for this role that successful candidates will be required to attend.

In order to be a successful Junior Sales Associate you will have…

• Previous experience of success in a sales role, experience of sales in the financial sector would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to identify clients needs, manage objections and make recommendations
• Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative with a strong desire to learn

The role

As a Junior Sales Associate you will engage with prospective clients and build relationships over the phone, electronically and in person. You will utilise your previous experience to influence clients and suggest suitable options for them, highlighting the benefits of the clients service and offering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right skills and willingness to learn to be provided the support and guidance to take their career to the next level.
