We are recruiting for a consultancy in Costa Rica who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their growing team. In this role you will provide operational and tactical support to the business by acting at the key point of contact between HR and employees and ensuring HR processes align with business objectives.

The HR Generalist role is a diverse position that will include working on HR initiatives that relate to HR policies, recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, payroll & benefits, driving employee engagement and ensuring compliance to legislative standards. As well as the technical elements of the role you will manage relationships with stakeholders such as the senior management team and 3rd party suppliers / vendors.

 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist looking for a role that will have the scope to be promoted to HR Manager in 12 months time.

 

To be a Successful HR Generalist you will have…

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Management role
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish and able to write HR policy documents in both languages
  • Highly organised with strong problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
