We are partnered with a fully integrated digital solutions agency based in Cluj who working with clients on an international scale in the gambling / betting sector. They are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing who understands how brands grow and how commercial teams panic when they don’t! You will be working in a team with specialists across disciplines including Social Media & Content, Retention & Loyalty, SEO, VIP Marketing, Conversion Optimization, Affiliates and more and you will develop the overall strategy to drive growth for their clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Working out what’s happening in the market… rather than just hoping for the best.
• Creating a 360° marketing plan that actually drives revenue - not just vanity metrics.
• Keeping performance tracked with real KPIs, real insights and real optimisation.
• Managing budgets and ensuring all platforms are adding value for the business
• Coaching a talented team into being even more talented - and happy to come to work.

The successful Head of Marketing will have:

• Previous experience in a similar “Head Of” level marketing role covering multiple marketing specialisms including Conversion, SEO, Affiliates, Retention, Social Media and VIP
• Strong leadership skills and budget management experience
• Highly collaborative personality with a People first approach and strong decision making skills
• Previous experience or an interest in the gambling / sports betting sector would be advantageous

Please note due to the nature of how the client operates the successful candidate must be a clear communicator in English and be able to travel internationally as and when required (approx. 2-3 times a year).
