The Creative Digital Systems Manager is a multi-faceted, creative professional with a background in a digital production environment, the will possess a strong aptitude for digital standards and planning and efficiency.

Your primary focus will be to building and maintaining a library of brands assets, elements and templates within the Digital Asset Management system as well as Set up and Manage a Figma environment for creative services and partnered teams. Your mission is to ensure that the creative team is equipped with an up-to-date library of digital assets and ensuring that visual standards are upheld for all brands by building and maintaining templates in all digital systems. You’ll take a hands-on approach by archiving branded assets of client brands.

 

Responsibilities:


  1. Bynder, Digital Asset Management (DAM) Implementation:

    1. Lead the deployment of a DAM system tailored to the agencies operational needs.
    2. Develop and metadata standards, taxonomy, and governance protocols to ensure efficient asset organisation and retrieval.
    3. Provide training and support to team members on DAM functionalities and best practices.

  2. Figma Integration:

    1. Incorporate Figma into the agencies design and development workflows.
    2. Establish design guidelines, component libraries, and best practices to enhance collaboration and scalability.
    3. Offer training sessions to ensure the team maximizes Figma's capabilities.
  1. Innovation:
    1. Stay abreast of emerging technological trends in creative production and studio management.
    2. Manage all AI tools and catalogue all branded prompts.

  1. Education and documentation:

    1. Ensure the creative team is equipped with up to date knowledge and training in emerging technologies and updates to department tools.
    2. Catalogue all processes and guides for department tools.

 

Requirements:


  • 5+ years working in an agency, in-house studio or similar role / environment with a background in operations, production or Design.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and maintaining digital asset management systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma and the Adobe creative suite.
  • Must poses a strong sense of urgency, commitment to quality and the ability to consistently think at a strategic level to maximize efficiencies.
  • University/College diploma/ degree in a related field.

  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts and challenges.
  • Positive, high energy, and motivated to learn and transfer knowledge.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Possess maximum attention to detail and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced creative environment.
