Are you the person who keeps everything moving when everyone else is juggling priorities? We're looking for an experienced Traffic Coordinator to become the driving force behind a busy creative function, ensuring projects, people and deadlines stay perfectly aligned. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative work on time and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the flow of incoming creative briefs, ensuring all requests are complete and ready for delivery.
  • Coordinate resources across design, copywriting and freelance teams based on workload, skills and project requirements.
  • Monitor team capacity, timelines and project progress, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, resource plans and workflow dashboards.
  • Partner with stakeholders and creative teams to balance priorities and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate resource planning meetings and provide visibility of upcoming workloads.
  • Coordinate freelancer onboarding and support recruitment of external creative partners.
  • Track team availability, annual leave and resource coverage to minimise disruption.
  • Support the continuous improvement of creative workflows, processes and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse team utilisation and project data to support effective resource planning and decision making.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years' experience in a Traffic, Resource Management or Creative Operations role within a creative, marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and project management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Celoxis or similar.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to influence priorities and manage expectations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience working alongside designers, copywriters and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar creative platforms would be advantageous.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding smarter ways of working.
  • Collaborative, approachable and able to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance the bigger picture with day-to-day operational demands.

If you're passionate about bringing structure to creativity and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
