Marketing Change Project Manager

The primary task of this role is to drive cross-functional marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination, driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams.

This role will sit within a small team within Marketing, working on an array of strategic projects that cut across different departments within the wider Marketing function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and execution: define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing team and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across various workstreams and interdependencies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed and agreed by stakeholders to meet objectives.
  • Facilitate regular updates and feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our Business Intelligence function to understand data and business reporting requirements needed across Marketing team.
  • Implement tools and processes that improve team efficiency, collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams within Marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and resource utilization.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities; able to present ideas, conclusions and recommendations with clarity to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) managing complex projects across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with the knowledge of how to be adapt the methodology to live projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Celoxis).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fact pace environment and ability to flex to suit changing business priorities.
  • Experience and strong understanding of Marketing KPI’s and performance drivers.
  • Strong ability to perform data analysis, manipulation and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office products.
  • Experience using BI reporting tools such as Tableau.
