We're currently working with a global digital marketing organisation that's continuing to invest heavily in data, technology and business intelligence. As they grow, they're looking to bring in a commercially-minded Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that drive better business decisions.

The Role

As the Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that improve business performance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing reporting, analysis and recommendations that support both operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve key business metrics.
• Support KPI reporting, target setting and performance analysis.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy and integrity across reporting processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and future analytical needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Design and evaluate testing initiatives to measure business performance improvements.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Contribute towards reporting standards, documentation and data governance.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on reporting tools and data interpretation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Tableau, Excel, databases and reporting tools.
• Coding experience would be highly advantageous, particularly SQL
• Comfortable communicating complex data in a clear, meaningful way to a variety of stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree qualified in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline is desirable.
