Remote, Canada
Salary Range $75,000 - $100,000 CAD
We have partnered with 64stories who are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Account Manager to join their growing team. Based out of Halifax NS, this is a remote role.
64stories is the demand generation agency behind the most visible leadership teams in B2B — turning executive stories into content, distributing it everywhere, and tracking which accounts engage.
Key responsibilities include
- Owns day‑to‑day for small/mid accounts so the founder can focus on big clients + growth
- High NRR, low churn: clients feel guided, heard, and see results
- Be primary client contact for assigned accounts
- Run regular client calls: agenda, recap, action items, and follow‑through
- Own the content pipeline per account: ideas → interviews → CMS → ready to post
- Coordinate with writers, editors, video, design, and EA to deliver on time
- Review outputs for quality/fit before they go to the client
- Surface upsell/expansion opportunities and bring Will in when needed
- Track account health (usage, satisfaction, results) and report patterns
Key requirements include
- 3–5+ years in account management / client success in content/creative/agency
- Strong communication and relationship‑building; comfortable leading calls
- Good content taste: can tell good from bad, give actionable feedback
- Organized, systems‑oriented; can manage multiple accounts calm
- Familiar with AI automation tools and experience using AI for workflows
